We buy only top quality ingredients, certified organic whenever possible, and we'll never use any chemically enhanced, modified or altered ingredients.
We understand that people are weary of substituting taste when it concerns their health, so, we at VitaOrganic provide TASTY, healthier alternatives to conventional wheat, dairy, sugars and other harmful ingredients, this even includes our deserts. All our food has low G.L.
Over time we have developed special ways to prepare our foods, borrowing from ancient oriental cooking styles and western raw food preparation, such techniques as gentle steaming, dehydrating and range of delicate live food techniques. You will NEVER find us microwaving, frying, grilling or barbecuing our any of our meals.
